Inspiration for Growth
In conjunction with St. John’s Innovation Centre, the GCP is offering free advice and support to high tech and high growth businesses who are based within Cambridgeshire, and who have aspirations to grow.
The support can be either in the form of attending focused events on issues of relevance to a growing business, or it could be 1:1 sessions with an experienced adviser. These individual sessions could cover a wide range of business topics including
- Business planning
- Raising finance
- Growth strategies
- Management structures and technique
- Marketing approaches and opportunities
- Cashflow projections
- Training and skills development
In this tough climate, accessing such free advice designed for ambitious firms in Cambridgeshire, could be the difference that gives you a significant and competitive advantage. Having an external specialist who can advise, support and help you navigate your way through the options and issues associated with growth, means the risks become less and the chances of success increase exponentially.
The service is available until the end of March 2011 and can be accessed by any hi-growth business based within Cambridgeshire that has a turnover of less than €10m and employs fewer than 50 people.
